About the Authors:
Yannis Behrakis was an Athens-based photojournalist, Pulitzer Prize winner and senior editor with Reuters. He studied photography at the Athens School of Arts and Technology and received his BA with honors from Middlesex University. In 2015 he was named the Guardian and Reuters photojournalist of the year and led the Reuters team to a Pulitzer Prize in 2016.
Sir Harold Evans is a British-born journalist, writer, and author of the bestselling book, An American Century, among his many published books. In 2011, Evans was appointed editor-at-large of Reuters. Evans was invested as a Knight Bachelor in 2004 by the Queen of England for services to journalism. He is based in New York City where he lives with his wife, the journalist, Tina Brown.
Mark Chisholm is a veteran television cameraman and producer for Reuters, where he has worked for 30 years. He and Behrakis made global headlines in 2000 when they survived an ambush in Sierra Leone that killed two of their colleagues.
